  I've been a longtime customer at Sam's Club and, know I am an employee there and, to tell the truth it isn't bad at all. Since I work there, I know all the ins and outs of the club. With that being said, there are some aspects of our club that we could improve upon. It would be in the interest of everyone if we hired more associates with open availability. This way we can have a full-staffed club at all hours of the day. Especially for areas like the front end (cashiers) and back in tobacco. As a customer, I know we do alright and, I feel that Google's overall score is accurate to what you would expect. There are folks who will have an inherently poor experience and those who will have a great experience. I know as an associate of Sam's Club, I strive to make every member's encounter with me the most satisfying regardless of their mood. I can't say that for everyone in my club but, I can guarantee that if you meet with me you will have the best experience possible. On a purely member level, we do well. The Direct TV guys and, the rest of our constant roadshow folks can get annoying and produce can be a bit hit-or-miss but, everywhere else I would say is very proficient with their jobs (when they're there to begin with...). Our cashier lines can get out of control when the Club is populated, but that is to be expected. Not, everyone is available to learn the register; some associates are more useful to the member on the floor rather than behind a till. Typically, we are stocked fairly well especially over in grocery, produce, meat and Freezer-Cooler. So to sum this all up. We aren't the most amazing club in the KC area but, when we are firing on all cylinders we purr like a kitten assisting members to the fullest extent our our employment (on occasion).
